Newly acquired "Russian Prison" auto today. Nice weight, sturdy build and fires strong. These Russian prisoners know how to build 'em!
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

Great knives on the whole page gents. Wow. And DM, that is a great pic of two beauties. Love the bones on the Cattle knife and the Wright and Sons wood grain and blade profile. Sweet pair. Beautiful photo too.

Totin' a German knife given to me by a guy in Germany today. I guess this is a free-style EDC week for me, whatever tickles my fancy.

Sweet duo, Ivory. I like that corncob jigging on the Case Classic.

Farm work carry, probably overkill as it was on top of the EDC already in my work pants (I later dropped the Spyderco Harpy and Buck 422)
Around the house, far more reasonable--Buck USA 284 and Schrade USA 807UH.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
Nice ones, cody and David.
Gard, I like it, levels above those cheap $25 OTFs in functioning and aesthetics. Kind of like comparing an old AMC car to a Maserati. Yes, an AMC Pacer will get you there, but isn't the Maserati more fun to drive?
Going with a KK Cattleman today, probably made by Schrade by the looks of the peachseed jigging. I kind of like this random carrying.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
I picked this one up from Walmart earlier in the month, as I was surprised to see an AXIS-like lock on a knife so inexpensive ($7)). I expected this to be a piece of junk, but it's a decent knife (for the money). My intention was to have a cheap beater version of my Benchmade Mini Griptillian, and it's really good at that. It replaced a Milwaukee that was ugly, big, and heavy (plus an assist spring that was stiff).
Today, it temporarily replaced a Camillus Medium Sierra that I normally carry around the house that was overdue for a cleaning.

I've been looking for another one of these (been on a Lock Back trip for a while) but I haven't found any of them yet. Need to Download this picture of yours so I remember exactly what it is I am looking for.1967redrider wrote: ↑Wed Nov 16, 2022 1:08 pm Totin' a German knife given to me by a guy in Germany today.
