Thank you sir, that was back when Chad was forging all his own damascus, this being a long gone pattern, called "Calypso".

Lovely knives and bones. Like both the models and the handles.

Greg, I really like the one in ebony. ::nod:: ::tu::

Thanks doglegg. ::handshake:: Buying that set of 7 Schatt & Morgans from the Heritage Series was one of my most satisfying knife purchases. A couple have minor issues like weak spring or proud pins but 5 of 'em are very fine knives. Good deal money wise too when bought as a set a couple years ago.

I like that big ol' Queen!
Never have run across the big single blade that I could snag. Maybe one day, as if I need another knife. :)

Farmer the Queens are hard to find at decent prices although I picked a Barlow the other day for a ten spot + shipping. I fished that #44 out of the bay a few years back for $ 13.13 shipped, won't happen again, people want 50 bucks for a slap wore out one now. ::handshake::

62109X is a mini-copperhead with a standard clip master blade. 62109W is the same knife with a Wharncliffe master blade. I do not think that designation changes based on grind.

The prettiest of pretty red bone from Case is the honest-to-goodness pocket-worn pretty bone of that era IMO.

All-stainless Wooden Wednesday for me.

Joe, that big Queen is very nice. ::tu::

Here's a nice big (4 inch) HSB in pearl covers that is very nice to carry.
Nickel silver liners.

Thanks for looking.
