Petekuhn, the 4th item from the top is a Finnish made Puukko. It should have a horse's head on the handle which I cannot see. The handle itself is made of casein which is extracted from milk.

I went with my son to the flea markets yesterday. Very busy, not a lot of good stuff this time, but I did get a few okay finds. From top to bottom; Saxonia Germany

Re: KNIFE FINDS OF THE DAY
I picked this one up over the weekend from a little roadside fleamarket in my area for $32. Thought it would be another nice addition to my EDC Barlows. A 2019 Case XX 22009-1/2 Barlow. Like new, strong snap, and just a few tiny scratches.

Wow! Nice load you picked up there! I am lucky to find 1-3 non-Chi-Com pocket knives at the flea market, sometimes nothing ... ... I did find a sword this weekend, I guess that makes up for it....TripleF wrote: ↑Mon Jun 14, 2021 3:19 pmknifegnome wrote: ↑Sun Jun 13, 2021 4:33 pm Found a bunch of knives at the flea market, nothing to get excited about, My son and I are going to try and do some handle replacements on a couple. There is a neat little Buck knife and Case XX USA.Anybody know how to date the Latama knife?

Re: KNIFE FINDS OF THE DAY
Yes Sir, P.B. it is a DE Imperial knife, great for small choirs and the big tasks I'll leave to the sword and sickle... like killing hoards of the undead walking the Earth after the coming Zombie Apocalypse

Re: KNIFE FINDS OF THE DAY
A must have when I saw it. Made in Italy with D2 steel blade and paper Micarta scales. Lately I’ve been acquiring Italian knives such as this Maserin.

Re: KNIFE FINDS OF THE DAY
Thanks GSPTOPDOG. I got it from AG Russell. Another great Italian knife is Lionsteel. They run a bit higher in price but the quality is super.
