Re: KNIFE FINDS OF THE DAY
I wish! I quite neatly missed the Fifties by exactly one month. Sixty is lurking just the other side of Christmas, and when I see it, I’m gonna smack it with a chair until it goes away!

That was said with just a touch of sarcasm, Sam. Or maybe more than just a touch although it was totally in fun.

My grandpa gave me this old case knife. I'm not sure what kind it is but I'm very curious. Help anyone?

Lcart97. to AAPK!
What a great knife to have, that is as a gift from your grandpa!
Just guessing I would say the knife is a 6232 but we really need to know the closed length to be sure. Also a close up of the tang stamp or stamps on the blades. I kinda' wonder if the knife has been apart at some time in the past? The large blade should tell what era it came from if it still has a Case blade, just can't make it out in the pic.

Found a nice little penknife today with a fairly rare stamp.

I got one lonely Imperial today. I coerced the kid into stopping at the Aldergrove swap - all five tables of it. The vendor actually had a few knives, mostly SAK knockoffs. There was a yellow Imperial but I have it’s brother already. This one seemed to need a good home.
