I wish! I quite neatly missed the Fifties by exactly one month. Sixty is lurking just the other side of Christmas, and when I see it, I’m gonna smack it with a chair until it goes away! ::teary_eyes:: ::paranoid::

That was said with just a touch of sarcasm, Sam. Or maybe more than just a touch although it was totally in fun.

My grandpa gave me this old case knife. I'm not sure what kind it is but I'm very curious. Help anyone?

Lcart97. ::welcome:: to AAPK!
What a great knife to have, that is as a gift from your grandpa!
Just guessing I would say the knife is a 6232 but we really need to know the closed length to be sure. Also a close up of the tang stamp or stamps on the blades. I kinda' wonder if the knife has been apart at some time in the past? The large blade should tell what era it came from if it still has a Case blade, just can't make it out in the pic. ::hmm::

Yep,.... I am bigger than my daddy was and my boys tower over me..... 6'-1 and 6'-3 .... one is tall and thin and the other is.... just BIG!

I think the hormones they are feeding the chickens to make 'em grow faster are working on our kids too!
Pretty soon, 7'-0 kids are going to be the norm......

I got one lonely Imperial today. I coerced the kid into stopping at the Aldergrove swap - all five tables of it. The vendor actually had a few knives, mostly SAK knockoffs. There was a yellow Imperial but I have it’s brother already. This one seemed to need a good home.
