S30V or 154CM on the Mini Griptillian? I have found, that by far, it is the best knife I have ever owned. Mine is more or less the base model, black Grivory/satin finish. I'm looking at doing a custom with the sheepsfoot blade, partiallly serrated, and either D2 (which is cheaper and tougher) or S30V (which is easier to sharpen) for the blade steel.
