Just when I thought it was safe to poke my head out of my foxhole, another salvo came whistling in. Our own C-Wade7 sent me a package. Having no idea I was receiving this, I opened this with great curiosity. I was floored by his gift. It's a hand-carved/painted trout with a fractal-burned base, all done by him. The tail fin even moves via a string tied to the net.

This thing is off the charts. I have a deep appreciation for people that make things with their hands, so I couldn't be happier!

Good thing I socked away some MRE's, cause it hasn't been safe to come out into the open. ONCE AGAIN, the members of AAPK astound me with their generosity and skill.

Another surprise package, this time from Olde Cutler. He sent me this awesome hand-carved decoy and turned pens. I may have to take up duck hunting now! The pens are great, they'll get some use for sure! Well done, sir! Thanks!

I thought I had reached the point where I was pretty much immune to a bombing run, and then---------------- Along came another Marine who discovered where I was dug in and I was not prepared for incoming.

Would y'all just look at what CopOut sent to me. Tom, this warms the cockles of this old Jarhead's heart. There's no way on God's green earth I could ever thank you enough for this extremely thoughtful gift. Semper Fi my brother.

Check out the shield and the bone is just splendiferous. This bad boy is at least as old as I am (maybe a year or two older) and is in much better condition.

I put it right up on my "Love Me" shelf------

Think I was bombed today. David Wolfson from East Northport NY sent these two used knives with no note, or anything. I never ordered or paid for them not my style at all, but if it was a bomb I appreciate the thought and would love to thank the nice bomber.
