Today's matching pair, Camillus 41s.
I do apologize, I forgot that I posted these back in June. ::shrug::
These are different and better pictures than the previous.

NWN, I guess you sort of specialize in matching pairs. Very impressive sets. ::tu::

Thank you Quick Steel. I don't do it on purpose. I just buy what I like (and can afford), if it happens to make a matching pair or better.....then bonus! For instance, I have 10 Camillus 14s, 12 Camillus 72s, 7 Camillus 1047s (scout knives), etc., etc., etc.
I'm not a mathematician, but I could post "Matching Pairs" for quite awhile and not duplicate a pair.
I love this ::censored:: !!

Here's a pair of single blade, one piece, folded metal handle, pocket knives. The handles are covered with a textured material or paint. I don't know who manufactured them, but I'm pretty sure they were made by one of the knife companies that were operating in the Hudson Valley in New York State. Only "Made In USA" on the tang. They are 3 1/4" closed and 5 1/2" open. VERY sturdy knives compared to what they look like. ::tu::

While only matching in tangstamp, I should show this Paxton & Gallagher pair, a whittler and a harness jack.

Unlike OC's pair with matching tang stamps, this trio of stag mini trappers all have different tang stamps even though they were all made by the same company

Another trio of Queen mini trappers; same pattern but with different features

Nice knives, nice pictures! ::tu::

My pair for the day are these two Schrade 863 whittlers.
They have slightly different tang stamps.
They are Camillus 72 variations.

I've been looking at the 82 stockman since last year when they came out so I put it on my birthday wish list and my wish came true.

I like those #13s...of course, that's probably because, as Will Rogers famously said, " I never met a [Wharncliffe] I didn't like." (my paraphrase)

And in that same vein...

...here's three of a kind

These were the first Texas Ranger Commemoratives AG Russell produced. Some of the first runs had the wrong starting date on the blade. This was quickly corrected. One of these is the error and the other the corrected blade.
