Those schrades sure are nice Cal. I've got one of these big ole things.

I'm not a big fan of barlows but some of them are pretty neat. I do really like sawcut bone like on this camillus 51.

This gec 77 is the best barlow I've ever had. It's not chunky like most old ones (which is kind of bass ackwards) and the sheepsfoot is nice, the frame is just about right. I tried to get a red sawcut but didn't get the lottery, so I tried for this micarta and that's what I ended up with. I've never used it but still toss the idea around sometimes. For a barlow it would be an ideal user, but it's just not a stockman. :D

Last for now is a case that I got in a trade for some modern folder I had. This case is very well made so it's a keeper. A good stainless knife to carry in the hot and humid OK summer.

Man KSlinger that 77 Northfield and that Camillus saw cut bone do it for me. Excellent knives. I would agree with you about the 77. My favorite of all is this 77. Very good looking micarta on yours.

Thanks big time, I appreciate it. That I've never seen before and never even heard of. Wow, wonder how old that Wildebeest would have to be for the bone to petrify? Looks like ivory or Giraffe bone. Facinating, and very beautiful material for handles. Bet you never get tired of looking at that. Thanks and keep showing exotics like that one. Great stuff.

All would be a privilege to own but the cracked ice and the peachseed fish Barlow both knock my junk in the dirt, so to speak. ::tu::

Not a fan of Barlows but you've got a bunch nicer than any I've managed to land... ::disgust::

Some new photos since I took the cheap way out in this thread and just posted a link to my Barlows photo album. ::paranoid::

Thank you. That's a great looking 77 you have too. Sawcut just looks right on a barlow.

I am a fan of barlows, just not a big fan where I'd want a large quantity and variety of them. I have a handful that I really like and a few I got because they were just plain cheap.

Great looking Barlow's everyone, quite a wide variety of styles that fall under the umbrella of the Barlow pattern. Part of what makes accumulating them so fun!

I saw these 3 Barlow’s crawling across the top of the screen the other day. I know these aren’t respected by collectors but I think that Imperial Ireland knives are some of the most undervalued knives out there. These are “shell” knives and sawcut Delrin handles. Not exactly the most expensive made knives, but for 8 bucks a piece I was willing to gamble.

Got another 2 blade Case Barlow in today. I like this bonestag. Case does bonestag like no other. Trying to put several of these back for the future. Taking advantage of these being out of the vault for this year. I keep finding that there are more 2 blades than I saw in the original catalog. I forgot to account for the SFO’s they make for some big sellers. It’s getting hard to keep up.

Some mighty fine barlows being shown. I'd hate the word to get out that I didn't like'm. I've got a few old bottom feeders.

Thanks Joe, I've managed to acquire a few old ones with spey blades, not easy to find.
