Need help on this Boker

Kind of stumped on this Congress 4 blade Boker I don't see the Boker Logo on a straight line in the handle and to this type of some blades also this is a rosewood handle and it's from Solingen, Germany I bought this in a gun Show or store 25+ years ago Help me out here :D

I'm guessing early 1980s.
Boker really came on strong with rosewood handles starting in 1978 and continuing through the 1980s.
I've never seen catalog evidence that illustrates your exact handle inlay, but a similar straight cut shield was used on the Limited Edition knives in 1979, 1980, and 1981.
I've never seen Boker use a straight shield like that before or after. Usually they are arched.

You got an answer from one of the co-authors of the book on Bokers, not sure how much more info you can expect?
