Father's Day 2019 knife

Post by treefarmer »

Seems like each year some of us are blessed by a smart offspring actually giving us a knife instead of a pair of socks.
Our eldest daughter and her boys sent me a Case Doctors Knife! The handles are oak, it has one blade and is stamped USA 7185 SS.
I had bought my own Father's Day knife the other evening, a 6207 found on the bottom of the Bay and I thought that was what I was opening this morning. Boy was I surprised! ::tu:: Thanks Mona and family!

If y'all have a smart youngster that gives you a knife for Father's Day please share it with us. :)

As much aggravation as they can give us through the years, they do pleasently surprise us now and then. Love those children and grandchildren while your still here and by the way that is a grand knife! ::tu::

Another one of those smart children sent another Father's Day knife! This one is from my son and his little family. A Seahorse Whittler 6355WH SS. :)
His Father's Day note said, "Maybe you can carve us something when you are sitting on the porch.......".

Very nice knife treefarmer. Love wood handle knives and the Doctor's configuration.
Great combo.

Wow Phil, that your kids know you so well is a compliment. Precious family with a good taste in knives. Happy Father's day.

Nice knives Phil, and even more wonderful the thoughts behind them. Bruce
