Looks like a razor display. Henry Sears & Son was a trademark of Farwell, Ozmun & Kirk, a large retail firm. This name had nothing to do with Sears & Roebuck. They did not make any knives or razors, what they sold was made on contract for them by others. Some were made in Prussia early on and some made by American companies such as Union Cut Co. The "Queen Cutlery" here is not related to the later Queen of Titusville. PA, it was a name used by Farwell, Ozmun &Kirk. I think the case is newer, like 1920s perhaps.
