Hi guys.
I won a auction on ebay and soon will be in possession of a NRA 140th Anniversary wooden handled traditional slipjpont pocket knife.
The blade is etched with the letters NRA.
I know the knife is not considered of any real value ,but I bought it as I do not think there will be many others in Australia.
There is no makers name on it that I can discern by the sellers photos.I understand they came with a metal case,but none with his one.
My question is ,does anybody have an idea of which maker could have manufactured it.
Thanks
Ozwelder

Given the majority of their knives lately, probably someone in China. I have seen "Stone River" listed as the maker of a lot of them. I really like the wood on that one!

Hello Oz;
I do not know the maker, but I believe it was originally sold in the tin box pictured below.
The National Rifle Association (NRA) tribute knife, commemorating the 140th anniversary of the founding of the NRA (1871-2011).

It's always important to know what you don't know.
