I don't have but one knife with a lanyard. I have never really been a fan of lanyards..... but that is just me.
This Camillus came to me with one already attached, so, it is still on there.

Simple lanyards give these smaller knives more “purchase” in hand.

Here's one that Triple F made.

Worked great on the zipper pull of my Carhartt
jacket, especially when I was snow blowing or shoveling, didn't have to take off my mittens or gloves to adjust the zipper ::tu::

Tom, youtube has many tutorials for paracord projects. Try searching for paracord snake knot and then, have fun braiding!

Tom,
I don't know if you can find it but this book is excellent. All the leather braids work equally well with paracord. I did try making my own rawhide with my sons when they were young (whole nother story and mad wife!]. The belt I made in the early 80's. Mostly play with paracord these days.
