Yes, WARWICK. ::tu::
Congratulations, it's your turn.

1907 (maybe earlier) to 1929.

WARWICK
KNIFE CO.
NEW YORK

Both surviving "full" blades have the same tang stamp.
I couldn't quite catch the right angle to photograph the tang stamps (picture #1).
The tang stamps are more legible in the seller's picture (picture #2).

Skip: I pulled that one out of the blue! Wild guess from the bolsters.

Here's one from a short-lived maker. Spear, punch, cap, and can. Bale's missing . J.O'.

C'mon, What's your secret ? Are you hacking me! :D Crucible it is,
I was going to say there is a question whether Crucible was really a maker or just WT Grant's label made elsewhere. All the research I've done is inconclusive. Price and Levine say manufacturer in Lynn, Mass. but that's also where Grant's first store opened. I've also heard they were made by Utica and they do bear a resemblance. If anyone has any definitive info I'd like to hear it. I have 2 Crucible knives..
Anyway, I like this thread as is probably obvious.

Let's have another one ::tu:: J.O'.

The Crucible scouts I've had appeared to be made by Utica.

Nope, no hacking, I don't have the computer skills to hack anything. I look through applicable threads on here and BF to find knives with similar features: shields, bolsters, blade pulls etc.
I will have to wait for daylight to take a picture to post.

I do spend quite a bit of time on some of these, I consider it a learning experience. I also make a lot of use of Goins and LGIV. You do pretty well yourself, J.O'. ::tu::

Next one. American, fairly old.
