Mystery Knife Game
Re: Mystery Knife Game
Ok I don’t know any information at all on the maker but I would like to throw this in and give slight hints in what I do know but for now can anyone identify?
Re: Mystery Knife Game
Generally, you should give a little hint to get us started, like USA, German, etc.
I'll try Ulster...
Re: Mystery Knife Game
I have seen these sets around.
I thought it would have been much easier.

Re: Mystery Knife Game
One other clue, I do not know the knife company it is associated with unless it is a knife company due to lack of knowledge but as I know of it’s a name of a German Knife maker what’s on the tang
Re: Mystery Knife Game
Is anyone not interested in guessing the tang? If not I understand and someone else can jump in and start if you like?

We are not as familiar with German knives as we are with USA knives, hence fewer responses.
I will guess "Hoffritz"

Oh I am sorry guys, and no that’s not it. Should I go ahead and give the answer away and let someone else play? I can’t really find any pocket knives made by the German Maker but I do find Bowie’s.kootenay joe wrote: ↑Thu Sep 16, 2021 10:18 pm We are not as familiar with German knives as we are with USA knives, hence fewer responses.

It is up to you. End it early and show us a picture of the tang marking if this is what you want to do.Clark23 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 16, 2021 11:05 pmOh I am sorry guys, and no that’s not it. Re: Mystery Knife Game
According to Wikipedia, MEWA in Texas stands for Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement/Association, a health agency similar to an HMO.

What's on the front of the tang?

I’d go ahead and just give the answer, it is Karl Peters Jr. is what’s on the tang! Do anyone know much about that name?
