I did not know that the Camillus #1 Hawkbill was a liner lock which i why i thought it could not be a Camillus.

Nope, not familiar with that particular one. My first guess is always Remington for a metal handled knife as they made quite a few of them.
I am heading to the lake tomorrow AM. I have limited cell coverage and basically no internet there, so I would appreciate if someone else would jump in and post the next mystery knife in my place.
