If the add files tab does nothing then the problem might be on your end. Try using a different browser like Google Chrome or anything besides the browser you're using now.

The user experience is a bit different depending on the type of device you are using and the help you need could vary. What kind of device are you using?

If it is a phone or tablet then is it an Apple device or an Android device?

If it is a computer, then is it an Apple device or a Microsoft Windows device?
