CASE DOUBLE TANG STAMP

Post by johnburrell »

I have a 1965-1970 Case 06263 (never been used). In looking carefully at it today, I noticed that the tang had been stamped twice. Does this reduce or enhance it’s value?
Regards, John

In my experience, it neither reduces nor improves the value.

I can only speak for myself here. Though it's interesting, it's not something I'd actively seek out or put much of a premium on.
