Jean Case

Post by johnburrell »

A family picture of Case brother Jean. This picture of my Great Grandfather Jean Case shows him sitting in front of his father’s (Job Case) log cabin in the Town of New Albion, NY.

Jean Case died August 19, 1935, at age 83. I'm guessing he was probably in his late 70's when this picture was taken on Pigeon Valley Road. This was probably around 1930.

Great photo John!! Brad Lockwood took Brad Wood and myself to see it when we were in Little Valley for the bicentennial. I was amazed that it is still standing although in rough shape. Keep those great old photos coming!!

Thank you so much for posting this picture for us. It is nice to be able to put faces to names. And that log cabin is amazing.
