Upcoming Auction Finds

Post by deo-pa »

These two display cases are in an upcoming July 31st auction in western VA. The Case display is cherry and has 21 knives. The Hammer Brand case is empty but what a beauty! Plus other goodies such as guns, arrowheads, clocks, etc. Google “A OK Auction Gallery.”

By the way, I forgot to add that the Hammer Brand display is electrified. I assume the mechanical arm raises and lowers the hammer.

Yep, I plan to be there Gene with bells on, as this will be my first show in 20+ months. Will you have a table?

No, not planning on getting a table there, but plan to attend. I will bring that tiny pearl Robeson you liked, just in case you have to have it. Just too far for me to get there and all set up for a basically five hour show. Will be great to see all the NCCA guys I haven't seen for a long time, and maybe I'll get lucky and find a KA-BAR hunter I don't already have. See you there!!

Thanks, I’m already getting psyched. It will be fun to see what you bring to sell and horse trade.

The Case display sold for $1,350 and the Hammer Brand display sold for $1,800. I believe those prices do not include the buyer's fee.

I really liked that NYK Co. display case, but forgot all about the auction until after it was over. ::facepalm::

I would have been a player if the NYK display was more original , the replacement tray and back panel really hurts it’s worth in my opinion .
