Re: Classic Knife Ad
Really cool! Nowadays, that's me at a knife show.
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

Cool ad! I may just make that part of my knife-related display at work.
Thanks!
Thanks!

1939 ad - wouldn’t it be cool for a boy to get a knife by collecting cereal box tops today!

Nice. Would that be an Imperial knife, maybe?
Meanwhile, I have not seen it for awhile but Ralston hot cereal was very nice high quality breakfast fixin's.
I don't know what I have in my 1945 to 1980s collection of American Rifleman magazines but there are probably some interesting old knife ads. Those magazines are available for sale by the way if anyone is interested.

How about getting a knife from collecting bubble gum wrappers?

E.! Don'tcha remember those blistering hot summer days when you were a kid and you'd get up, pull on jeans and a T-shirt and nothin' else, head out for the day, and when you finally got home the soles of your feet were filthy and like leather?
Re: Classic Knife Ad
Not me. I can still remember the feeling of hot dog crap squishing between my 2 year old toes. I never went barefoot outside again. Lol.

Here’s a 1922 ad. Don’t you love those prices! And how cool is it that they refer to “boys’ knives”!
