“National” Maker?

Trying to help a fellow knife collector, does anyone recognize this maker, appears some of the stamp is gone and only word showing is National in Script lettering. The pin in bolster reminds me of the workhorse series by Queen Cutlery. Looking forward to hearing the thoughts of each and everyone TIA!
