i came across this knife with a beautiful greenish handle and wonder if anyone might know what the material is. the other side handle is black and may be the same material. the knife is in poor condition, with a missing tip blad and some stains, but I can find a way to use the handle.... Sorry about the quality of the pictures.
Thank you for your time and consideration. Have a good week.

Could be horn. I have also seen the use of pakkawood or dymondwood on these knives, it's a artificially made product of wood veneers and resins.

I don't know about the handles but the "missing tip" is not missing. that's the way it's supposed to be.
Looks like it could be cleaned up and become a good pocket knife.

The razor appears to have been heated and lost its temper. Maybe doesn’t matter to you if the handle is what you’re saving.
Last weekend at the swap meet I bought a 5-1/4” Camillus Barlow, beat to snot with a broken back spring. Just the opposite of you, I hope to salvage the blade and build a jumbo stockman around it.
