Hey Thanks for posting those Garry .
They look great, good choice of matte and framing .
Will send you a copy of the write up regarding the artist and the now award winning Bull you have . Sounds like June or July issue of Volume One .
Heidi is super happy that you have that one, it went to a great place.
Take care ,stay safe ::handshake::

Col., We had one of those "air conditioners" in our shop when I was growing up. Almost identical to yours.

I have an old blower motor the previous owner left in my shop. I have been thinking about doing the same to it. Although my shop has a big 220 AC/ heater in it, the squirrel cage could help move the air around in the heat of summer.

I was up on the north end yesterday and got a couple of shots of the new "Fulfillment Center" building that Amazon is building in northern Sioux Falls. According to our local news, it will be 640,000 sq. ft. and will employ 1000 workers when completed and open in 2022.It is just a stones throw from the intersection of Interstates 29 and 90.

The metro population is 265k per google. 1000 jobs is going to make a heck of an impact.

They are trying to build one in our town. The land is currently being used as a golf course, and the owners are selling. Every time they propose something for that land, the NIMBY (not in my back yard) crowd flares up. I totally get it, I wouldn't necessarily want that behemoth in my neighborhood either. But the jobs and the tax revenue should be good for the town. And as it's close to the highway, an on/off ramp could be added which would mitigate most of the traffic concerns.

Our town isn't getting any smaller, and with the boom in housing and developing, we'll need some new businesses as well.

Looks like someone has done a good job of preserving your downtown area. ::tu:: Far too many towns have had their’s destroyed by the big box stores and “shopping centers” (what did they think their downtown was?” that killed off the town center’s merchants. Fortunately most around here have recognized the perils and are managing to keep their historic downtown vibrant and promoting their “atmosphere” and new shops, restaurants, concert venues, refurbished hotels, etc occupying historic 100+ year old buildings.

A few of the shops have closed up. Of course COVID didn't help. But Lebanon has survived better than many small towns. Selling online as well as keeping the store has worked for some.

I'll add that there abundant plant jobs available if people can pass the drug tests and then the random tests after employment.

Them good lookin' boy's gents. Black Angus are excellent calf'ers, but I personally love Herefords.
Hereford-cross-red-angus would be what I'd go with.

Having driven all around central California, I saw a lot of cattle. There is a dairy farm near the junction of CA-145 and I-5. I learned pretty quickly to raise the windows and close the vents when approaching it.
