If you can think of something to talk about that is not related to knives, discuss it here.

As always bighomer, fine photos. I'm thinking your dragonfly may give some heart attacks to passing birds.

Amazing to me that the tomato plant grew up there and the tomatoes formed to almost look like part of it's body from a distance. ::handshake::

How are the winters there? Just cold or extreamly cold? ::shrug:: Just kind of long or really long? ::shrug::
Our winters are normally just cold but pretty long.

Thanks, they get longer every year, just cold I 🥶 guess. Agv. hi's In the upper 40's for Nov, Dec, Jan, & Feb, low's lower to mid 30's of course there are exceptions. We have some below 0 deg. days, but it generally doesn't stay that cold but a few days on the other hand we can have warm temperatures but they generally don't last long either. ::handshake::

The hay fairy has been here again. Done. Now I just need to get it put up into rows. And find buyers.

Is hay generally easy to sell, or does it depend on the season and the supply?

As with everything else, price and sales depend on supply and demand. Which depends mostly on the weather.

If the weather is good everyone has good yield, so supply is plentiful. And prices go down. ::dang::

When the weather is bad, no one has good yield, so supply is weak. Prices go up, but no one has anything to sell. ::dang::

::teary_eyes::

It’s not always that bad, but you get the picture!

Same as here, 2 years ago we were in the middle of a terrible drought and hay was bringing prices never seen before, and as you would know, there is hay and there is hay. The really good hay was through the roof, you have a good week. ::tu::
