I've got one of those Mark II's. Great shooter but a little tricky getting it back together after cleaning. ::tu::

Thanks Colonel. We don't shoot much but we do need to get back to the range soon. It's been awhile.

Did some lead slinging between rain showers this evening. The pizza guy was 2 minutes late and it was cold! ::huff:: Had some spectators too, the cows didn't seem to mind the noise at all.

Thanks, Colonel. It's a lot of fun on the range. Quick recovery and back on target.

That's the CZ Scorpion 9mm that I picked up a few months ago. Lots of fun to shoot if you can find ammo that doesn't cost a painful amount. I got lucky on some 9mm, right place at the right time. One box was frangible, wanted to test it out and it worked perfectly.

Thanks for the compliments guys.

I shot a lot of clay pigeons with this Ruger Red Label. I was into Sporting Clays there for awhile but I had to give it up because I was spending too much money on it.

I also have a Lanber 2097 Sporting Clays Edition Over & Under but I haven't taken any photos of it yet.

Yep, so is mine. I have some snap caps for dry firing so I don't break the firing pin. It's a model M88.

I’ve not shot in competition, but I’ve shot a few rounds for fun. It’s a blast, but it sure can get expensive quick. Especially now!

This thread has given me something fun to do on my vacation. Finally got around to taking pictures of these guns after owning them for nearly 20 years.

My Lanber 2097 that I mentioned in an earlier post. I used this one for Sporting Clays too but I like the Ruger Red Label better. The Lanber is a great gun though.

My wife's Long Tom. It belonged to her Father and neither one of us has ever fired it. That's a metal clamp holding the forearm in place.

My wife's bolt action .22 Long Rifle. Not sure but I think this is a Mossberg. The only place I can find a name is on the removable rear sight. It says Mossberg so I assume the gun itself is also a Mossberg. I don't recall ever firing this one either but we may have.

I'd say you're right on the .22, looks just like an old Mossberg. ::tu::

We have an old Mossberg .22 at the farm and the stock with the finger grips matches yours to the t. ::nod:: It was my dad's first rifle, bought back in the 50's. He used to get 50 rounds of .22 short for a dime and go down to the river and shoot glass bottles as they floated by. He said he never had to throw any bottles in, there were always plenty.

Surprised it doesn't have "MOSSBERG" on the barrel someplace, I think ours does.

That Mossberg 22 is likely to be very accurate and not too fussy about the ammo you feed it.

I recently traded into this little beauty. Definitely an "Airweight", almost not there weight. Barrel and cylinder are stainless steel, frame is alloy aluminum. Rated for continuous 38 Special +P, I shot a few in it just to see where point of impact is. I ended up making a holster for it to get what I wanted. It is an inside waistband, roughout, with belt retainer strap. In my opinion, plastic or metal clips used on inside waistband holsters are neither reliable or safe. This one is the model 438, also available with the totally enclosed hammer as a model 442. I opted for the shrouded hammer, probably because the cowboy shooter in me likes to have the option of having a hammer.
