Grilled Feta Cheese

- Take one or more blocks of Feta Cheese & coat with olive oil or oil of choice.
- Place on aluminum foil & add spices of choice. Coat the whole top side well with spices. (We use an Italien spice mix)
- Add cut onions on top of the cheese. (Olives if you have some around.)
- Wrap well with aluminum foil.
- Place on a second piece of foil and wrap well a second time.
- Place on grill when you start grilling & remove from grill when you are finished grilling. (45-60 min.)

We made two of these today for the five of us. We had one pork steak and 4 Bratwurst left over but No cheese left over. ::nod:: ::super_happy::

Here are some pictures of our little "Bratwurst Fest". Still some snow on the ground so we ate inside but it was great to be outside grilling again. ::super_happy:: Enjoy the pictures and try this recipe the next time you get a chance. ::nod:: ::tu::

Oh, and don't forget to ::super_happy::

Had some leftovers, just threw them in the Cast Iron, fried them up and winged it as i went, added some seasonings and worcesteshire sauce. Was really good,a great way to use up leftovers and stops wastage. Have enough leftover for a breakfast. ::sotb::

I commented over in the Diner that I was going on a road trip which was to include a stop at Mary's Cafe for the world's greatest chicken fried steak and the Bride and I did just that.
Here is a picture of that plate full of goodness. Right after the photo was made I covered it and fries with gravy and dug in. Truth is, only a part of the steak can be seen because the fries are covering part of it up.
Great meal and a great place.

My 14 year old daughter Lorelai baked us two cherry pies today. ::tu:: ::super_happy::

"Can she bake a cherry pie, Billy Boy, Billy Boy? Can she bake a cherry pie, Charming Billy?"

Anybody remember the song about Billy Boy? When I told my mom that her granddaughter baked some cherry pies she started singing it. There are a few different versions out there. This one is from the "Candy Mountain Girls".
