While Waiting until noon to get check I went next door to Dollar General and look what I found!
Isn't this a LOVELY 65 Mustang?
Believe it or not it is a Hotwheels! Who doesn't love a bus? Who doesn't love a Beetle? And while this looks like a Hotwheels it is in fact a 76 International Scout 4x4 by Matchbox

I kindda thought you'd have been aware of their value Willy, but just in case I mentioned it so you wouldn't just give them away someday! Absolutely enjoy them as a hobby, but if the time ever comes that you part with them, do some research and you'll find that they are very coveted by some collectors who will give you excellent money for them! Great hobby in the meantime though!WillyCamaro wrote: ↑Sat Jan 09, 2021 10:57 pmMadmarco wrote: ↑Sat Jan 09, 2021 10:39 pmI just stumbled across this post Willy, and I hope you're aware that you're sitting on a small fortune with those "Hot Wheels"!WillyCamaro wrote: ↑Mon Nov 16, 2020 2:11 am Hey folks, here's another favorite hobby of mine... My goodness me mate! How big is your display/man cave bro?!
Must be tighter in there then an ole hen's leg, to have that many large scale cast's in one place.
Impressive to say the least K7K.

The problem with Dollar General is they only stock Hotwheels.
Got 5 today and two will get repainted for sure.'
A 64 Chevelle SS (I had a white 64 433 and T400) and I think this one will be white.
A 2010 Impala HW Race Team and I think it will be solid blue.
a blue 2020 Mustang Shelby GT500 that I will leave alone.
a 64 Nova Wagon Gasser that I will leave alone
And an Orange 19 ZR1 Convertible that I will not mess with.
Pics perhaps tomorrow as I will be off to dreamland momentarily....

Seems that Dollar Trees and Family Dollars right now are really stocking some interesting stuff in terms of MBX and HW. I am trying to find some smaller, low-traffic stores to go somewhere other than Dollar General; and one of those on my list is a new Dollar Tree; and an older local Family Dollar. Family Dollar seems to have improved immensely after Dollar Tree bought them out. Ours never carried anything for the past 4-5 years, other than really cheaply made generic cars. Seems they've expanded the diecast selection in both stores heavily since the buyout.
