Watched some thing pretty KOOL yesterday.. The oldest/biggest Eaglet stepped aside during feeding and let the two smaller Eaglets eat.. When they seemed like they had enough then he/she continued feeding.. Pretty KOOL !! They are growing fast!!

Indeed they are growing fast. Wish I had seen what you saw John. I wouldn't expect that to be a common behavior. But perhaps eagles are more generous than I imagine. ::uc::

Well.. The Eaglets are growing fast.. Not so little anymore.. I do believe that they will be fledging some time this month.. Sure was a pleasure watching them grow and I wish them all the best.. ::tu:: ::ds:: ::tu::

Saw one of them today doing considerable hopping and flapping. Successfully raising three eagles is, I would think, quite an achievment.

Been watching the Eaglets. Looks like they are getting ready to fly the nest. Sitting on the edge and getting antsy. Won’t be long!!

Has anyone seen the adults? Even though the brood is almost ready I assume they must still eat and I do not observe that anymore.

Yes.. They brought a fish for them to eat.. That was a couple days ago though.. I am sure they are still bringing them food.. For now..

With all the foliage and shadows it is a challenge to be sure, but as far as I can tell the eaglets are gone. ::ds::

Thanks for the heads up Garry.. Checked on the 23rd and there were two.. They were eating.. Now both are gone!! Good Luck to all.. ::ds::
