The three Pennsylvania eaglets have grown pretty quickly. Unfortunately the California nest I was watching ended with the eggs be destroyed by ravens.
I hate ravens, predatory, scavenging, cowardly free loaders.

Watched some thing pretty KOOL yesterday.. The oldest/biggest Eaglet stepped aside during feeding and let the two smaller Eaglets eat.. When they seemed like they had enough then he/she continued feeding.. Pretty KOOL !! They are growing fast!!

Indeed they are growing fast. Wish I had seen what you saw John. I wouldn't expect that to be a common behavior. But perhaps eagles are more generous than I imagine.

Well.. The Eaglets are growing fast.. Not so little anymore.. I do believe that they will be fledging some time this month.. Sure was a pleasure watching them grow and I wish them all the best..

Yes.. They brought a fish for them to eat.. That was a couple days ago though.. I am sure they are still bringing them food.. For now..

Thanks for the heads up Garry.. Checked on the 23rd and there were two.. They were eating.. Now both are gone!! Good Luck to all..
