Global Warming is not exactly what it sounds like but is essentially the same as Climate Change and often used interchangeably. The fact is that over time, some places will get hotter and some colder. This has been going on for eons...as long as the Earth has existed and weather patterns have been recorded or been studied using core samples, etc.

Regardless of whether you agree with it or deny it, the science and empirical evidence exists to support the Climate Change theory (and, YES, it's still considered a "theory" which only means it's a hypothesis that hasn't been empirically proven beyond any evidence to the contrary). If you disagree with a theory, don't argue about one point on the graph (such as the daily, or even seasonal, weather, which changes constantly), better to provide evidence to dispute the (long term) science supporting the changes. Think in geological terms, not your own lifetime observations.

I think the real argument, if you will, is whether or not Climate Change is man made (and therefore able to be affected/controlled by mankind) or a naturally occurring phenomenon that is beyond mankind's ability to control.
