December 2022 AAPK Monthly Forum Member Knife Giveaway

Post by bestgear »

This month knifeaddict1965 (Kevin) has donated a 2011 Case XX medium stockman (6318 SS) from the Twelve Days of Christmas mint set.

Kevin was moved to come up with the perfect knife for the December giveaway and in keeping with the spirit of the Christmas season has decided to donate his 2011 Case XX medium stockman (6318 SS) from the Twelve Days of Christmas mint set. This knife is #021 of 250 and comes with beautiful peach seed dark red jigged bone handles, holiday-themed nickel silver Saturn Christmas Bell shield, factory scrolled nickel silver bolsters, and the Case long tail C serial number on the main blade. This knife was a part of a set and didn't come with a box, so it will be securely shipped in the black velvet display box with the sleeve shown in the last picture.

Good luck to all participants and I hope the lucky winner will enjoy his or her late Christmas gift.
Instructions for entering the giveaway...

Simply click here and select a number between 0 and 999.

You will have until December 31st (6:00 P.M. Eastern) to pick a number, after which entries will not be considered. The Illinois State Lottery evening pick three drawing will determine the winner on December 31st. The individual closest to the selected number without going over will win. The Illinois lottery results can be found on the following website:

https://www.illinoislottery.com/dbg/results/pick3

To be eligible to win, you must be 18 years of age and either (a) have made at least 100 total forum posts at the time of entering the monthly giveaway or (b) have previously donated successfully to at least one prior monthly knife giveaway.

Please ensure that your Board Preferences Miscellaneous Notifications are set to notify you via email when someone sends you a Private Message (PM) to ensure the time requirements below are met.

The first-place winner will be sent an AAPK PM after the drawing and will have three days to respond with contact and shipping information. If the first-place winner does not respond within three days, the knife will be offered to the next player on the list without going over.

The next-place winner will be sent an AAPK PM, and they will have one day to respond with contact and shipping information. If the next-place winner does not respond within one day, the knife will be offered in the same manner to the next player on the list without going over.

Good Luck!

With Christmas right around the corner and a little more time on my hands since I retired this week, I have decided to add a few extra goodies to this month's Giveaway. To make sure there is something for everyone, I will be sending the attached variety of never used single, double, triple and four blade knives to the lucky winner. Good luck to everyone and make sure you get your entry in before the end of the year.

It was a great gift, it's a pity that I didn't read the article sooner, but this knife reminds me of a certain game that I can't think of. :? :?

Happy New Year Everyone! - rea1eye (Bob's) pick of 476 was 4 less than the lottery number last night of 480 - Congratulations! ::ds:: A PM awaits rea1eye's reply to claim the prize(s). For those keeping track, once claimed, this would be rea1eye's second win for 2022 (in June rea1eye won that beautiful Boker Scout that Railsplitter donated).

Thank you to everyone that participated!

Got my loot of knives yesterday. It sure was fun to unwrap so many knives.
It has introduced me to some brands I have never collected before.
This really cements in my mind what a kind and fun group I signed up
for several years ago. I am sure my knife collecting hobby would not
have progressed to what it is without AAPK.
