After the drawing, I will send the winner a certificate number. The winner will need to select an item or multiple items and add them to the shopping cart. When you click checkout, there will be a text box where you can enter the number and your products will be discounted by the amount of the certificate. If the certificate is larger in value than your purchase, you will be able to use the remainder at a later time.

You will have until the end of the day on February 27th (11:59 P.M. Eastern) to pick a number. The winner will be determined by the Illinois State Lottery evening pick three drawing on February 28tht. The Individual closest to the selected number will win. If there is a tie it will be the closest number without going over. The Illinois lottery results can be found on the following website:
