Case Cheetah

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Case Cheetah

Post by dfeuge »

I have a Case Cheetah with roman numbers MCMXCIII for a production date. (1993). Pattern is SC6111 1/2.
I am assuming this is a dated knife 1990-1993. But I have not found in any books.

Roman numeral dating on the tang stamp was (I believe) an exclusive done by Case for Frost Cutlery on a few patterns in the early 90's.
