Looking for one of these to add to my growing collection
I don't mind used as long as there's a decent amount of blade left and no blade play
something with a bit of character like this would be great
Camillus #14 or similar jack knives

Re: Camillus #14 or similar jack knives
It may be clear to you but it leaves me with questions.
Camillus 14 or one of the more than at least 8 other brands that make a serpentine jack in that size? (there are at least 8 14's on eBay right now)
Synthetic handles okay or does it need to be bone like the one you posted?
Looking to buy or trade or does it matter?

Re: Camillus #14 or similar jack knives
indeed lots of questions
looking for a Camillus made #14 - if they made them for others I don't mind that I'm just so please with the couple of camillus #21's I picked up on here I want to try something a little bigger, it will be a user and scale material really doesn't matter, as long as there is reasonable life left in it
I'm asking on here because I'm in the UK (I forget most members on here don't know that) so it will need to be shipped I also have the issue of a no knife sales in the UK policy with ebay.
I've had a lot of success so far building my collection with my interactions with members over here

Do you have PayPal??
This has worked for Grant (Shearer). Find one you like on eBay. Buy it and have it shipped to my address. I turn it around and ship it to you. Through PayPal, you reimburse the cost of shipping to me. Sit back and wait for it to arrive.
I don't try to circumvent the system. I put on the customs form exactly what's in the package. I did however get tricky with one I sent to Georgi (Eustace) because the first one didn't make it to him (listed as "pocketknife"). The second one I sent as "kitchen tool". It made it.
Send a PM to me, if you're interested. Shipping to the UK is about $13 US, give or take. Feel free to discuss with Grant to see what he has to say. This is a one time offer to you because I have no interest in getting into the business of being a U.S. agent for all AAPK members.

That's a kind offer
I've never had an issue with shipping from the US to the UK as long as I avoid single hand opening lock knives - back-locks seem to be fine
