Hi, welcome to AAPK! A lot of knowledgeable people on this site (not me )
I've bought knives off Ebay and the AAPK Member store. Every knife I've gotten off the AAPK store has been very good. The Ebay knives have been hit and miss, on quality. I don't sell knives here...but recommend looking in the Member store. Put Case 1970 in that search function, upper right...quite a few in that category!

Shawn, welcome to AAPK! Case 1970 10 dots are good to collect. It provides a narrow (and achievable) focus for one thing - plus 10 dot knives are beautiful and fairly easy to find. Here are a couple of 1970 10 dots that I have ended up with.Winchester M21 wrote:I would like to start collecting 1970 case knives. My birth year Shawn

Are you looking for old original Winchesters or the newer ones made by Blue Grass Cutlery?

What are you asking for the 10 dots?
I dont know a lot about Pocket knives but I am a huge Winchester gun fan and thought the Winchester knives would be fun too. I was thinking any made in USA would be cool. I would like to find a book or something that would help me learn more about Winchester knives
Your welcome to contact me anytime you have something of interest

Shawn,Winchester made knives themselves from approximately 1920-40.Those are considered original Winchesters.Starting in the 1980's Bluegrass Cutlery became licensed to make reproduction Winchester knives. Those can be made in the USA and overseas. The USA ones are well made knives.Old original ones are a challenge to find in excellent condition, but worth the hunt.Beware of fakes and unauthorized reproductions.

Hi Shawn! Welcome to AAPK!
Ebay would be a good place to start for the newer Winchesters. I just picked up a bunch from this guy,
https://www.ebay.com/usr/gilbertcooper
All his knives are the real deal. And if you buy several he will do better prices on all of them.
I don't know about 1970 cases. That is my favorite year, been looking for awhile now for nice ones. Getting harder to find. I am sure the guys here will point you in the right direction.
