These are a bit pricie but they are well built & do an excellent job.
By the way, they do custom work.

Very nice! I see the largest is holding 24. Wannadotoo is looking for one that'll hold 100. It'll be HUGE!

Me thinks he would need a concrete wall to hang it on and a fork lift to get it up there.
Maybe TWO displays???

Wannadotoo, I'm not making fun of you, just pointing out that a 100 knife display would be hellishly heavy. Please let us know how this all works out for you.

I have an Amish craftsman make mine, I supply the white oak, he does the cutting/fitting & assembles and I add the glass/hardware foam backing and felt stain and wax. About 38$ each box of 18 x 24. Youd have to get around $60 each to make anything. They are a bit heavy empty. My guy, the Dutchie, makes all the boxes for Case. Mustve had 200 in his shop last month which he ships off to be finished by another outfit. Then on to Case.

Well I'd like to thank everyone for their replies...to be honest my current display box has over 200 in it and I doubt it weighs more than 39lbs.....My ONLY knife is the 3 3/4 to-4" stockman....the issue is that they are end-in and thats not display...lol thats storage.

On that regard, I use a 108-car undivided Carney Plastics case for 1:64 cars (but I have everything from 1:43 to 1:160 in there--I recommend those without the dividers as it allows longer vehicles to fit). They're pretty well built, but pretty pricey. However, a LOT cheaper than that one on Etsy.

Thanks Nick.....its been a long tradition in my family to carry a stockman...I caught the collecting bug after misplacing most of my heirloom knives and trying to replace them.....then as luck would have it I found my lost favorites!!!!!

Wannadotoo,

Not sure if this would be something you'd desire, but I'm just thinking outside the box, so to speak. I've purchased two 'challenge coin' display cases for a collection of knives I have. You can purchase large ones. The shelves have 'slots' that would keep the knife in place and display nicely. Here's a large one I came across that has a mirror backing, already assembled with latching lift up door. You can research this more if this piques your interest. Food for thought...

Good luck on your endeavor.
