Jerry it seems to me you have done an excellent job enumerating characteristics common to "tactical" knives. A definition I use relates to the blade's purpose i.e. a knife specifically designed for use in personal defense.

Granted virtually any knife, or any thing, can be used combatively.

Excellent research Jerry, maybe you have written the book on defining tactical folders? ::shrug:: Or maybe there is a need for someone in the knife book publishing arena to do so?

You won't be disappointed owning one. I also have a CQC 15 and a Sheepdog which is my everyday carry. These knives are built rock solid. The only thing keeping me from having a few more is a beautiful stag handle Case.

I'm a Ganzo fan too, especially like the autos. I have a number of the manual knives too! Nice knives for the money and if you loose one your not out much money.
