Help me identify this knife
Help me identify this knife
It says rostfrei on the blade. It’s missing the shield so I don’t know the maker. I think it’s a serpentine jack. Picked it up for 3 dollars at an estate sale. It’s definitely older. Any help is welcome. Thanks

Re: Help me identify this knife
'Rostfrei" is the German indication for stainless or "rust free" , Maker ?????? J.O'.
Re: Help me identify this knife
At a wild guess I would say it was made in the '70s or '80s, based on the look of the plastic handles.
I cannot even hazard a guess on the manufacturer, but probably European. Or Japanese, for the European market.
Then again, I might be way off on both guesses.

It’s unlikely anyone will be able to definitively identify the maker. I’d say you paid about what it’s worth. JMO. It has no collector value, so put it in your pocket and use it.
