Jus' beautiful A883! Not my favorite cover material, but definitely my kindda patterns! I own a few French made knives, and each and everyone of them is a solid well-built knife!

Agreed! I was glancing over my knives and I realized I have more French knives than I thought. When I'm feeling energetic one day I'll post some pics of them!

I've been lusting after the 10.5cm Capuchadou from Fontenille-Pataud but it's on the back burner for now. I have a Laguiole from Coutellerie du Barry enroute. It should be here in a few days. This is their photo.
