Fontenille Pataud

A few of my French made Fontenille Pataud knives....very well made and lots of traditional design and of course all with my favorite handle material...Rams horn!

Jus' beautiful A883! ::tu:: Not my favorite cover material, but definitely my kindda patterns! I own a few French made knives, and each and everyone of them is a solid well-built knife! 8)

Thank you sir...I love these French patterns and the history about it...actually carry one on my belt and one in my pocket...
Pretty, fancy...and still very all day usable!!

Agreed! ::handshake:: I was glancing over my knives and I realized I have more French knives than I thought. When I'm feeling energetic one day I'll post some pics of them! 8)

I've been lusting after the 10.5cm Capuchadou from Fontenille-Pataud but it's on the back burner for now. I have a Laguiole from Coutellerie du Barry enroute. It should be here in a few days. This is their photo.
