Richardz Doctors Knife

Post by JonTerry »

Hi Guys,

Once again I have a hunch that I have found something quite rare and valuable, it's the first Solingen Doctors Knife I have owned, I cannot find any information online so thought I would test my toe in the water with your wealth of knowlegde and see what comes up ::tu::

This is definately bone scales of some kind, possibaly Silver Bolsters, defo Brass liners and Pins, and due to the obvious age and lack of any rust I presume Stainless steel blades and springs ?

Great snap on both blades very little wear on main blade, but the main blade has a slight wobble sise to side, but I am too afraid to fix that.

Apart from that I am at a loss of age and value..............

I know you know or knows somebody who knows this stuff ha !!!

Enjoy the Pictures
