$900 is asinine, Don still has some on the bay occasionally unless he recently sold out, I saw he was listing them as of last fall/winter. There were only 1,000 printed. Still the best for the Remington fixed blades. There are official BSA models that he didn't know about when he wrote the book and are not included. RH 70, RH 14, and RH 104 can be found with official BSA etches and sheaths.
