I recently acquired a group of seven vintage Camillus #72 pattern swell center knives.
These have the jigged black composition handles and the “long line” stamp, so I’m guessing that the vintage is 1950’s to early 1960’s.
These are unusual in that each knife is still wrapped in its original cellophane wrapper as it came from the factory.
I have not opened the blades on these, in examining each knife carefully I see no handle cracks, no handle shrinkage, no rust or specks.
Each knife has dried factory oil residue on the blades and bolsters.
The wrappers are brittle from age; each wrapper has several splits, and if unwrapped from the knife will most likely split further.
I unwrapped one knife to show the knife with the blades open.
$80 each shipped.
If you want more than one I can drop the price per knife a bit.
Please PM me if interested.
