Hey Tom, just seeing this thread. Do you have any of that sweet blue rope jigged bone on any folders? PM or text me some pictures if you do, thanks! ::tu::

Beaver Tail,

I have tons of Old Timers! What specifically are you looking for?

I do not know the models very well at all. I just went online and took a look and what seems to look look familiar would be 1080T or 1080T junior. I remember the knives were typically small and often 3 blades. He would always have 2-3 of them because he had a bad habit of losing them :D

Is there a good reference somewhere that may show pics from from late 70's through the 80s?

No pictures here, but otherwise very comprehensive. Thanks to orvet for compiling it!

You can also go to http://www.collectors-of-schrade-r.us/ and look through the catalogs available for download.

Hope I've been of some help!

Beaver Tail,

Go to the link for Collectors-of-schrades-r-us

Go to the home page

Scroll down and select the Schrade Old Timers link

There are pictures of most of the old timers there. If there is something specific you see there that you may be interested in, let me know and I will send you pictures of them.

Gentlemen,

I appreciate the kind words! I work in an industry that requires good customer service, and I was raised to do right by folks as well.

If I am dealing with you, I need to be sure that you are happy, that is what makes me a happy satisfied person.

As far as my collection goes, I have truly enjoyed the thrill of the hunt and feel it is now my opportunity to help someone else with their quest to fill a vacancy within their own collection. I want to share my good fortune. I have not sold a lot of knives, although I do have a lot to go to get my collection where I want it. If anyone is looking for something specific, please reach out to me, I have some Peachtree bone Waldens, lots of Old Timers and Uncle Henry's, some very good sets and another of ephemera as well.

Give me a shout and Thank you All again.
