I bought this knife from Todd Davison on September 24 2014 for $800. I have handled it but cannot recall ever using it to cut anything except shave arm hairs to test edge for sharpness. (Hair-poppin' sharp)
Blade is 3/32" ATS 34 with Rc of 60-61, hollow ground with hand finish. Has a half stop. As with all of Todd's knives blade action is smooth and snaps are crisp and there is zero blade play. Liners have coined edge.
Handles are mammoth ivory. On the backside there is a tiny crack from lanyard tube to the handle end, ~ 1/8" long.
