Help identify maker - 'RN' ?

Post by wizrd »

Lost some records in the great computer crash of 2017 - don't laugh. Bought a couple of these, several years ago - If I recall the maker was from Arkansas - I could be wrong. I know he did run a catfish farm - and told me how to prep catfish for some really sweet eating. The blade marks on his knives - are an 'RN' initial - inscribed with a mechanical engraving tool. Not a super, modern fit & finish - but kind of rough, - would fit in with a buckskinner's / muzzloader's or mountain man's gear. 1095 steel - sheaths with same initials 'RN'. Anyone able to help me come up with a name? His knives like this sold in the $ 45 to $ 55 range.
