Help with a BENCHMARK Sheath knife ( Not Benchmade)
Help with a BENCHMARK Sheath knife ( Not Benchmade)
I spent some time searching the internet for information on this sheath knife. It is 8 1/2" overall and has a 4" blade. I'm not sure if it the same BENCHMARK company that is making knives at present, but they are not listing anything like this at present. Looks more like a custom knife than a production knife. I would appreciate any information and approximate value.

I believe this nice knife was probably produced in Gastonia NC by Benchmark. They were known for their Rolox design. Have a look at this link.

Froe,
Thanks, my knife is pictured in the ad. Wonder how much this knife is worth?

I wish I could hazard a guess. Sorry. Nice knife though.

I have a couple of Benchmark knives that were designed by the Collins brothers(Blackie & Michael)that are very high quality knives. It is possible the one you have was also one of their designs.

Looks like a nicely made knife, to get the most out of a sale, you would need to find someone collecting that brand. Just a wild guess, I would think it would be in the $100 plus or minus range. Terry
