Don't recognize these markings either. It is a 'home made' knife. Blade could be a cut down bayonet.

Can't really read the stamp. But it looks like an oyster knife.

I agree with Froe. Oyster knife, can’t make heads or tails of the tang stamp.

In future take pictures from directly overhead. These pictures are at an angle so we cannot accurately judge the blade length. An Oyster knife has a short blade, about 4". A cut down bayonet for a self defense knife would have a longer blade, likely 6" or longer.
How long is this blade ?
