Anudda boxa fixed blades............
Going through my accumulation looking for a particular knife I come across this box of fixed blades. They have all been photographed but not located in this particular box. So I re-photographed them(have to re-shoot a few as they are a bit out of focus)and decided to put them in this thread. This one is titled,"Knife Box Aluminum with Clear Top" because....well that is what it is.
Most of these are so-called,"theatre" knives but there is also a weird looking letter opener(pic#3)by some,"artist" and a tool that I think is a linoleum cutter with a replaceable blade;a double bladed knife that looks like a rase knife but supposedly is for trimming the hooves of sheep;a long bladed oyster shucker;an adjustable blade kitchen knife;a couple of Indian choora knives(t-shaped blade);a couple of Far East(Thailand maybe)knives with horn handles and etched blades that show a face image through the sheath when sheathed and a massive(12 inch blade) R.H.Forschner kitchen knife I paid $2 for at a yard sale and it had never been used.

That one was gifted to me by a very old friend(we started school together in 1949)who had found it under the seat of a vintage car he had bought.
