Here are my Camillus semaphore scouts, one of which came from the AAPK store. :)

I have a "Camp," a "Scout," and two "Standard Scouts."

If anyone has a "Signal Scout" or a "Stainless Scout" that are surplus to requirements, I'd love them for my collection. :)

Beautiful scouts. Thanks for posting because I also now know the definition of "semaphore".

I also posted this under "Knife Displays", but here it is again in case y'all missed it there:

Well, this is nothing unique or awe-inspiring, but I found a new glass-topped display cabinet in a thrift store today for $6, and decided to put my Scout knives in it. I am a proud Eagle Scout, and love to collect Scout knives.
Many of these are unofficial, and I have several others that are in my "to be restored" pile, but it is a start!

Now, the challenge will be to convince my wife to let me display these in the Living Room!

Here is the picture again, with the knives numbered for reference:

Here’s an unusual scout/utility pattern feature I haven’t seen before. I put in a bid for the knife but someone wanted it way more than me. The knife is stamped Otto E. Stiehl over Germany.

The seller’s listing says it has a “hollow punch” blade. I think it’s probably a whistle! https://www.ebay.com/itm/325515643743?h ... 7675.l2557

What’s your opinion?

I wish! Unfortunately someone outbid me. It didn’t have much interest until the last second snipe bidding.

Sweet knife, sorry you didn't win it. Love the bones and if that's a whistle I wonder why we don't see more like it. Every scout needs a noise maker to complete the scout camp experience. Thanks for showing. ::tu::

Ken suggested I post up some pics in this Scout thread from another post we have going.
Thought I'd just cross link it instead. For some scout pattern campers and a cool LFC Trooper.

And for the official stuff, we'll get back to this shelf in the collection too.
I look forward to going back through 100 and some odd pages to see what you have all shared already.
